Training Zones and New Running Plans

It’s already the end of January. I had been training for an 110km ultra marathon in Wilson’s Promontory call Run The Lighthouse. Unfortunately this race has been cancelled.

Now I need a new goal and new plan.

All good plans start with knowing where you are. So we begin with 3 fitness tests:

  1. MAF Test
  2. 6min Time Trial
  3. Hour Of Power

I use these tests to help set my training zones.
